5. Intellectual Property and License to Outputs

All software, models, platform code, and UI/UX elements of InfraViz.ai are owned by InfraViz.ai and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain full rights to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the AI-generated visual outputs from the Service for commercial and non-commercial purposes, including use in project proposals, bid interviews, and client presentations.
However, this license does not grant rights to redistribute or resell the Service itself, its source code, or underlying AI model(s).
You agree not to falsely represent InfraViz.ai's outputs as human-created designs or legally binding engineering documents.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload but grant us a license to use, host, and process it solely to operate the Service.
You represent that your content does not infringe on the rights of others or violate laws.

7. AI-Generated Visuals

AI-generated outputs are based on user input and may not always be accurate or suitable for engineering, legal, or safety decisions.
Use of these visuals is at your own risk and should be verified by professionals as needed.

8. Payment & Subscriptions

Certain features may require payment. You agree to pay all fees and taxes associated with your use.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

9. Service Modifications & Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or part) at any time without liability.
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms or for any other reason with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
